Wingate by Wyndham Greensboro/Coliseum

Great Place, loved the staff and the hot breakfast. Rooms were clean and nicely renovated, great food options nearby as well. They also have a really nice outdoor pool and the whole property is fenced in which made it feel really secure.

Hotel staff was nice and helpful and room was clean. However tub and sink were clogged and buttons missing/broken on AC/ heating unit. Hotel need improvement. Hotel staff attempted to resolve issue but was only able to assist with the buttons on the A/C unit

Guest reception very friendly. Bed was super comfortable after a long day. Facility very clean. Breakfast was actually hot.Location was very convenient to UNCG as we were attending graduation. Definitely will consider when returning to the area in the fall.

I requested extended stay for my room due to arriving late in the evening from 8 hours away. The amount of the extended stay was removed from my account but I was denied by the manager. The manager stated the rooms had to be deep cleaned !! My boyfriend went online to book another for and seen the hotel had availability. I arrived at 3am and asked to extended to 3pm to get the proper rest to return home. We just decided to book at another hotel for a nap after the graduation.

The night worker who checked us in was very sweet. The room was clean. The bathroom tub was very patch worked and gross. The breakfast was good as well.

Stinky Upon entering the hotel it smelled like a skunk. If that weren't bad enough, the room smells like cat urine, esp in the bathroom. The desk clerk, who is very kind and friendly, said pets are allowed on the first floor. He also said the property had just changed hands and they'll be doing a lot of upgrades and hoping to get the animal smells out of the rooms. Not much consolation for us right now having to endure the smell. Thankfully just a one night stay.
